Casey Shaw
Casey Shaw (She/They) is a multi faceted artist, yoga teacher and soul collaborator. Playing harmonium and teaching yoga for over 10 years and learning ukulele and guitar more recently, Casey finds singing and playing music incredibly therapeutic. She delights in sharing Sanskrit mantras from the Bhakti Yoga tradition as well as community songs, cover songs and some originals. Please feel free to sing along! Casey studied Yoga in South India at the School of Santhi, as well as multiple local trainings including a Trauma Sensitive training, Restorative and Yin Yoga. Casey is passionate about each person feeling safe and in their body and finding freedom through these sacred practices.
She has formally studied over 700 hours of ancient and modern Yoga asana, philosophy, mindfulness based stress reduction, healing modalities and practical teachings in South India and beyond, weaving subtle body practices and mantra magic wherever she can.
Casey also has 10+ years of experience working with amazing clients as a Change Coach. Focusing on Healing the Mother Wound, Casey’s vision is for each of us to become our own allies so we can step into our power fully. Casey is here to support you in your next aligned steps to a dream come true through Human Design, Energy Tending and intuitive strategy and support.
Casey has been working with plants, herbs and oils for many years and is honored to share a sacred aromatherapy and anointing experience as well. All the oils are organic and sourced ethically.
Casey loves surrounding themself with creative women who care about each other and love to sing, dance, heal, grieve and celebrate together.
