    In this first step, we listen. Through guided reflection and intuitive inquiry, we begin to clarify what wants to be honored—whether it’s a threshold, a healing, a celebration, or a creative reawakening. This is where expression meets meaning, and intention begins to take form.

Workshops

Each workshop is a ceremonial container—woven with myth, song, story, and the sacred act of making. I draw from ancestral practices and expressive arts traditions to guide participants through symbolic, hands-on experiences using fiber, clay, gourds, and natural materials. Together, we explore personal and collective transformation through gentle prompts, witnessing circles, and creative rituals rooted in deep listening. Whether we're crafting Spirit Dolls, Storycloths, or Earth Altars, the work invites you to engage the symbolic, tend your thresholds, and honor your becoming. This is where art meets soul, and the process becomes the medicine.

  • Spirit Dolls (Needle-Felting) – Create felted dolls from natural fibers—vessels of prayer, protection, and archetypal energy guided by intuition.

    Totem Creations – Assemble symbolic figures inspired by animal, elemental, or ancestral allies to serve as guardians or mirrors of inner power.

    Talismans – Design small wearable or portable objects infused with intention, offering guidance, protection, or remembrance.

    Masks / Masking – Create symbolic face coverings that reveal rather than hide—tools for transformation, ritual performance, and exploring parts of self that long to be seen or expressed.

    • Storycloths – Create expressive, freeform fiber panels that map your inner landscape—layering felt, fabric, and stitch to tell stories of healing, memory, and becoming.

    • Shrine Boxes – Build personal shrines within small boxes or tins, designed to hold sacred items, memories, or devotions in a contained, traveling form.

    • Earthen Clay Vessels – Shape simple clay bowls or containers by hand—each a tactile offering to hold water, offerings, or symbolic presence on your altar.

    • Medicine Bag Making – Stitch a personal pouch to carry prayers, sacred objects, herbs, or symbols of protection and guidance.
